I'm prone to getting dandruff build-up. The frequency of when I wash my hair does not seem to make a difference, my cousin recently suggested I change my shampoo to Nizoral. Has anyone used Nizoral or do y'all have alternative suggestions?

I'm not sure what regular is, but I use oils whenever I wash my hair, so every two / three weeks.
